My first Naruto OC;

Age; 15-16
Village; Takigakure
Rank; Chūnin
Chakra Type; Water & Wind
Personality;
Very easy going and laid back. Daydreams often and misses important information which annoys her superiors.
Uses her water jutsu to manipulate liquids shape into "pretty" things. Does this in restaurants with her drink to amuse herself. Her favourite "shapes" tend to be butterflies, birds & different flowers/plants. Though sometimes molds the faces of people she is talking to, usually to scare them.

Sorry there isn't a lot of info yet, she's a work in progress.
